TechFlow Names Former Leidos Executive Mark Carter as New COO
San Diego, CA – October 5, 2016—TechFlow—a leading government and commercial provider of IT services, scientific applications, and mission-support services—has named former Leidos executive Mark Carter as its new chief operating officer.

Carter worked at Leidos (formerly SAIC) for 20 years in a variety of leadership roles, including ten years as a member of the company’s senior leadership. He most recently served as Vice President and Deputy Operations Manager.
As a division manager for Leidos, Carter led one of the company’s fastest-growing divisions—growing it from $17 million to over $200 million in under five years.
