TechFlow Names Former Leidos Executive Mark Carter as New COO

San Diego, CA – October 5, 2016—TechFlow—a leading government and commercial provider of IT services, scientific applications, and mission-support services—has named former Leidos executive Mark Carter as its new chief operating officer.

“Mark brings program management experience and expertise from his time running several large programs at Leidos,” said Robert Baum, TechFlow President and CEO. “We’re excited about the unique blend of entrepreneurism and business development savvy he’ll bring to his new role at TechFlow.”

Carter worked at Leidos (formerly SAIC) for 20 years in a variety of leadership roles, including ten years as a member of the company’s senior leadership. He most recently served as Vice President and Deputy Operations Manager.

As a division manager for Leidos, Carter led one of the company’s fastest-growing divisions—growing it from $17 million to over $200 million in under five years.

“Mark sees opportunity and will focus on TechFlow’s growth,” added Baum. “He’s all about making sure we are talking to and working with the customer to deliver value and exceed expectations. We’re thrilled to have someone as talented as Mark join us at TechFlow.”
