Larry Trammell, Chairman
Board of Directors Larry Trammell is the Chairman and CEO of TechFlow, an IT Services company that primarily supports business application design, development and modernization for government systems and C4ISR. Larry has been involved in government contracting for over 30 years. During his 20 years at SAIC, Larry started and served as General Manager of the SAIC Technology Services Company that provided services, primarily to the federal government with annual revenues exceeding $4 billion.
Prior to SAIC, Larry served as Executive Director of the Program Office for Tracor Aviation and was a Project Manager on the F-16 program at General Dynamics. Larry has served in several key roles for the Contract Services Association of America (CSA) including Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Public Policy Council and Chairman of the Vision 21 Committee to develop 5-year strategic plans for CSA. He provided leadership to the merger with and now serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Professional Services Council. Larry holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University with a major in Operations Research. He also holds a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
Camilla Wallstrom-Baum, Board of Directors
Board of Directors Camilla is the co-founder of TechFlow and brings over fifteen years of experience in driving entrepreneurial companies to success. Wallstrom-Baum's management responsibilities at TechFlow have included finance, administration, human resources management; as well as spearheading the company's efforts to align its corporate vision with internal processes and initiatives.
Prior to TechFlow, Wallstrom-Baum leveraged her business insights and marketing expertise to help Sonic Sports become one of the premier sources for the exploding roller blade accessories market. In 1991, she worked with Alexa's Design Studio in Malibu, California to help build brand awareness and drive growth in the company's retail business.
She graduated from the College of Lulea, Sweden with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Sociology and received a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and a Computer Graphic Design degree from UCLA. |

Robert Baum, Board of Directors
Robert Baum is the Founder of TechFlow, a professional IT services company focused on solving complex eBusiness challenges. His experience and leadership in the areas of workflow engineering, database integration and business solutions have led to TechFlow's successful expansion in the government technology market and the commercial sector.
Baum's expertise lies in managing complex IT challenges and discovering new and different ways technology can be used to create a competitive edge, save costs and increase efficiency. It is a spirit of ingenuity that, in 1995, led Baum to launch TechFlow. Based in San Diego, the company is home to a growing list of blue chip and government clients, including: the General Services Administration, IDEC, Toshiba, UNISYS and the US Army Corp of Engineers.
In its first decade of business, Baum served as President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of TechFlow, growing company revenues nearly 40% annually. Prior to founding TechFlow, Baum served as a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young's Business Process Re-engineering Practice, and was a senior business process analyst at DSSI, a professional services company focused on workgroup computing. Before joining Ernst & Young, he was instrumental in helping NCR Corporation develop and deploy communication protocols for their mid-range solutions.
With both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University, Baum presents a solid mix of business planning and technology development skills. In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Club of San Diego, on the Advisory Committee for the Security Network and as an Executive Advisor for Cynergy.
Hus Tigli, Board of Advisors
Hus is a keen entrepreneur and executive seasoned in a multitude of technology businesses, from early-stage start-ups to large global enterprises engaged in high-tech products and services.
When he moved to San Diego in 2000, Tigli ran his first venture-backed start-up, OMM, an early leader in MEMS-based all-optical switches for communications networks and took the company from development stage to an IPO-ready commercial enterprise with top-tier customers and strategic investors. Not disheartened by the telecom crash, Tigli co-founded another start-up, Forza Silicon, a fast-growing venture which offers imaging chips and integrated-circuit design services. Tigli subsequently founded Silicon Kinetics, which is developing biotech optical instruments and biochip microarrays as a spin-out from Trex Enterprises Corporation, an advanced R&D house. Tigli also leads CrossFiber as President & CEO developing communications equipment for next-generation communications networks.
Earlier in his career, Tigli led and grew global businesses with revenues ranging from $5 million to $900 million in the Bay Area and Europe for Raychem Corporation, a pioneering manufacturer of components for electronics and telecom industries. Tigli was the first executive at Raychem to launch the company into professional services as a complement to products.
Tigli holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard. He gives back to the community by mentoring San Diego businesses as a member of Chairmen's Round Table, a non-profit organization and as an Advisory Director at the San Diego Opera. |
