Federal Contract Vehicles

TechFlow has major task-order contracts with the Federal government. Our contracts provide technical support and information technology services for the General Services Administration to support the modernization of the GSA IT Services and Equipment Procurement System.  TechFlow has been maintaining and enhancing the ITSS application for GSA during the past 12 years. The GWAC module was added to the ITSS sub-system to provide a method for Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) contractors to fulfill contractual responsibility.

GSA Alliant
The GSA Alliant contract offers government agencies flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish state-of-the-art information technology (IT) systems solutions. The contract enables TechFlow and other contractors to bid on task orders covering a broad range of management and technical IT support services for U.S. federal government organizations in the areas of infrastructure, application services and IT management services. The contract has a five-year base period, with one five-year renewal option to provide all the components of integrated IT solutions worldwide.

GSA Alliant Small Business
The Alliant Small Business (SB) GWAC is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity small business set-aside contract. Alliant SB is a ten-year (five-year base, with a five-year option contract that has a maximum contract value of $15 billion. The contract is designed to provide flexible and responsive information technology (IT) services and IT service-based solutions to federal agencies worldwide, while strengthening competitive opportunities in federal contracting for small businesses. Alliant SB offers advantages to pre-qualified small businesses to compete amongst a defined group of contract holders, while maintaining a competitive highly-qualified cohort of contractors for customer agencies.

GSA IT Schedule 70
IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, offering innovative solutions to federal, state and local governments’ information technology needs.

GSA PES Schedule 871
Professional Engineering Services (PES) is a worldwide Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract issued by the General Services Administration (GSA). PES is a Multiple Award IDIQ available to any agency of the United States Government (USG) and provides an efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective method of acquiring high-quality engineering and technical services in accordance with applicable statues and regulations.

Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.
