Larry Trammell
 

Larry M. Trammell

Chairman, CEO & President

 

Larry has been involved in the Department of Defense / Government Contracting Industry for more than 30 years. During his 20 years at SAIC, Larry started and served as the General Manager of the Technology Services Company that provided services primarily to the federal government with annual revenues exceeding $4 billion.

 

Prior to SAIC, Larry served as Executive Director of the Program Office for Tracor Aviation and was a Project Manager on the F-16 program at General Dynamics.

 

Larry has a degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University with a major in Operations Research. He holds a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).



Menie Lee
 

Menie Y. Lee

Director of Customer Relations

 

Menie was appointed to her current position in May 2008. As the Director of Customer Relations, Menie is responsible for all aspects of TechFlow's customer relationship management, business development and marketing operations.

 

Prior to being named to this position, Menie served as the Division Manager of SAIC's Consulting Employee Management Division headquartered in San Diego, CA. Menie has over 25 years of accumulated experience in the defense / government contracting industry.

 

Menie has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from Webster University.




SteveAlexander
 

Stephen J. Alexander

President, University of Homeland Security

Director of Training, Homeland Security & Tactical

 

Steve was appointed to his current position in November 2009. As the dual President of the University of Homeland SecurityTM and Director of Homeland Security and Tactical Training, Steve is responsible for all aspects of TechFlow’s classroom facilities, Mobile Training Teams, and tactical training conducted on hard-site training centers.

 

Prior to being named to these positions, Steve had accumulated 45 years of experience in economic forecasting, business modeling, domestic and international facility operations and development; serving both private industry and government. He started as a Corporate Economist with United Aircraft with special expertise in Latin American, Caribbean and Middle Eastern political, social, economic, and military affairs, served H. Ross Perot in the finance industry, operated his own business development consultancy for almost 25 years, and recently completed the innovative model for creating advanced first responder homeland security and special operations military training centers.

 

Steve has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, plus graduate and advance education in Economics, International Trade, Aeronautical Engineering and Latin American Diplomacy.


Steve Goldman
 

Steven R. Goldman

Director of Finance

 

Steve was appointed to his current position in April, 2008. As the Director of Finance, Steve is responsible for all aspects of TechFlow's financial operations, strategies and processes.

 

Prior to being named to this position, Steve had accumulated more than 25 years of experience in government accounting. He started as Director of Internal Audit with Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company. Since then, he has served in leadership positions in large firms such as United Technologies as well as small government contracting firms.

 

Steve has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.




Christopher Pohle
 

Christopher C. Pohle

Chief Technology Officer

 

Christopher was appointed to his current position in December of 2008. As Chief Technology Officer, Christopher is responsible for the vision and implementation all of TechFlow’s scientific and technical endeavors, as well as new technologies. Christopher is a C4I/C2 Systems Engineer / Architect with an established track record of designing, developing and deploying Net Enabled Command Capability (NECC) software solutions.

 

Prior to being named TechFlow CTO, Christopher was with Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company for five years as a Software Developer, System Engineer, C2 Architect and Program Manager. Prior to Tapestry, Christopher worked for Brace Management Group. Christopher served in the United States Marine Corp for four years as a Logistics Manager.

 

Christopher has a Bachelors of Science in Management and Computer Information Systems from Park University and an MBA from the University of San Diego.




MartinMandelberg
 

Martin Mandelberg, PhD

Director of Business Development and Strategy

 

As Director of Business Development and Strategy, Marty is responsible for all aspects of TechFlow’s Business Opportunity Evaluation, Capture, and Proposals. He also advises the CEO on major Strategic issues.


During 17 years at SAIC, Marty served in various senior leadership and executive positions including 4 years as Senior Vice President and Deputy Group Manager with annual Profit and Loss responsibilities up to $200 Million. He was instrumental in winning over $5 Billion in awarded contracts for SAIC during this period. Prior to SAIC, Marty served 17 years in the U.S. Government at various positions including: Chief Scientist within the Office of Secretary of Defense and as Manager and Principal Engineer at both U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard Research and Development Laboratories. 


Marty has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel Institute of Technology; a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut; a Masters of Science Degree in Management, Strategy and Naval Operations from the U.S. Naval War College and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Robert J. Leyh

Human Resources Manager

 

Bob was appointed to his current position in February 2007. As the Human Resources Manager, Bob is responsible for all aspects of the human resources operations, strategies and processes. Bob also serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) where he is responsible for all aspects of corporate security, including personnel and physical security management.

 

Prior to being named to this position, Bob was Human Resources Manager and FSO at Predicate Logic, a woman-owned defense contractor. Bob also served in the United States Navy for six and a half years.

 

Bob has a Bachelors of Art in History from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and a Masters in Public Administration from National University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management Labor Relations from New Hampshire University.
