CUSTOMER HIGHLIGHTS

General Services Administration (GSA)
TechFlow, Inc. has served as a premier partner with the GSA for over ten years to provide the solution for a completely paperless procurement system available 24 hours a day. This solution consists of the GSA Regional Business Application (RBA), a web-based application developed and maintained by TechFlow, Inc., that provides a secure, automated workflow process for accomplishing government procurement. GSA's geographically dispersed clients use the RBA to order IT products and services from their desktops from around the world. Since its introduction, the RBA has facilitated the reduction of order cycle times from more than a month to less than a week, and in many instances, just a few days. Leveraging the RBA, GSA representatives help other Federal agencies negotiate and award competitive contracts to industry partners saving precious tax dollars. TechFlow, Inc. has continued to maintain, enhance and support the RBA with exceptional results and satisfaction by the GSA and its vendors and clients.

US Army Corps of Engineers
TechFlow, Inc. designed a software system for the US Army Corps of Engineers that replicated on computer the numerous forms the Corps had formerly compiled manually. This TechFlow system managed and indexed the huge amount of information sent to and from the Army Corps of Engineers Center included emails, photos and records of telephone calls and broadcast messages.

“The move away from the traditional patchwork of paper, faxes and phones cut paperwork by 80 percent,” said Jim Crum, Chief of Emergency Management for the Los Angeles District of the Army Corps of Engineers. “The Army Corps is pleased with TechFlow’s software, Crum said, and is now using it to plan the cleanup and repair of levees, bridges and roads damaged by storms. The Army Corps of Engineers found a very capable contractor in TechFlow,” Crum said. “They not only knew how to use Lotus Notes effectively, but gave us cutting-edge tools.”
