QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Quality Assurance methodology ensures that proper requirements analysis, design and testing are performed on task orders prior to delivery.
For each task order, a QA test plan is prepared according to a documented procedure. The QA test plan describes how we will inspect and test the deliverable to evaluate acceptance. QA activities are performed according to the QA test plan.
The QA test plan also describes at what stages we will secure appropriate client approvals and milestone acceptance, and to successfully capture all project requirements, QA participates in the preparation and review of the project plan, standards, and procedures.
