SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) electronic procurement of program management support services for Naval Sea Systems Command (SYSCOM)

AMSEC, LLC

AMSEC LLC was formed in 1981 and became a subsidiary of SAIC in 1987. AMSEC is a full-service supplier to the Navy and commercial maritime industry. AMSEC provides naval architecture and marine engineering, electronic systems engineering, vessel system assessments, maintenance engineering and program development, shipyard industrial engineering, and complete logistics services. With more than 4600 employees in over 30 offices, AMSEC provides direct support to the fleet in all Navy homeport concentrations and technical centers. Subsidiaries of AMSEC provide engineering, management, financial and logistics support for Defense programs including carrier air traffic control and landing systems, tactical aircrew combat training systems, shipboard data links, computer security, and command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems. Advanced analytical and engineering services are provided for the Aegis Combat System as well as integration support for related systems such as the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Open Architecture (OA), Ballistic Missile Defense, Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) and the Land Attack Warfare System.

Arcata

Arcata Associates, Inc. is a SBA certified small disadvantage business whose mission, vision, and values have evolved over time. Arcata is an engineering services, information technology and multimedia company that works with Government agencies and commercial companies. As part of Arcata engineering services is provides developmental engineering capability (hardware and software services, technical documentation and training services), sustaining engineering capabilities (hardware and software modifications), and engineering and O&M capability (radar systems, threat simulators, telemetry tracking systems, mission control centers). The information technology services includes as minimum project management, help desk, intrusion detection, vulnerability assessments, and network support. The multimedia service includes imaging and photographic systems, video systems, and audio visual communication systems.

ARINC Engineering Services, LLC provides the full spectrum of core capabilities covering a range of technical skills that are essential throughout the life cycle of product development which includes research and development support, engineering support, modeling and simulation, system design documentation/technical data, software, RM&A, human factors engineering support, system safety, configuration management support, quality assurance support, IS/IA/IT, interoperability/T&E/trials, measure facilities/ranges, acquisition logistics, supply and provisioning, training, in-service engineering, program support, and administrative support.

Booz Allen Hamilton supply chain management provides a top-down strategic approach to the supply chain, understanding that its management involves more than operations or logistics. They has been at the forefront of every major development in the field, from the extended enterprise and channel partners to strategic sourcing, manufacturing strategy, and new techniques for managing complexity.

CACI Technologies Inc. was founded in July 1962 providing 45 years of innovative solutions for the following core line of business: home land security, system integration, managed network solutions, information assurance, engineering and logistics, intelligence solutions, and knowledge management. CACI provides a full spectrum of engineering services from concept definition through life cycle support .CACI offer a range of logistics and supply chain management functions to a number of clients. CACI conducts ship hull, battle group interoperability, tactical/operator simulations to reduce the cost of test and evaluation. CACI coordinates and supports test and evaluation for events at sea and at land based test sites.
