TechFlow has several major contracts with the Federal government. Our contracts provide technical support and information technology services to support the modernization and enhancement of the US Government and its agencies. TechFlow has been helping the US Government maintain, enhance and expand their services and infrastructure for almost 25 years since our founding. TechFlow is proud to deliver value to our Nation. For our agency customers, our contract vehicles provide an easy and accessible path to leverage our services and offerings. TechFlow holds the following contracts: General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Large Business, GSA Information Technology (IT) Services Schedule 70, GSA Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule 871, and SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contracts. GSA Alliant
The GSA Alliant contract offers government agencies flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish state-of-the-art information technology (IT) systems solutions. The contract enables TechFlow and other contractors to bid on task orders covering a broad range of management and technical IT support services for U.S. federal government organizations in the areas of infrastructure, application services and IT management services. The contract has a five-year base period, with one five-year renewal option to provide all the components of integrated IT solutions worldwide.

GSA IT Schedule 70
IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, offering innovative solutions to federal, state and local governments’ information technology needs.

GSA PES Schedule 871
Professional Engineering Services (PES) is a worldwide Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract issued by the General Services Administration (GSA). PES is a Multiple Award IDIQ available to any agency of the United States Government (USG) and provides an efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective method of acquiring high-quality engineering and technical services in accordance with applicable statues and regulations.

Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.

GSA 18F Agile Delivery Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (“Agile BPA”)
The Agile BPA was created by the GSA 18F organization. GSA 18F is an organization within GSA’s Technology Transformation Service. Its mission is to transform the way the government builds and buys Information Technology. The Agile BPA uses an Agile Software Delivery model to create open solutions with an emphasis on public-facing digital services. The Agile BPA helps 18F execute its mission to rapidly deploy tools and services that easy to operate, cost efficient and reusable across government agencies. TechFlow is one of the handful of premier awardees in “pool 3 – Full Stack Pool” which demonstrated TechFlow’s full range of Agile capabilities in user-centric design, software development and DevOps.
