San Diego, CA., February 27, 2019 – TechFlow, a forward-thinking logistics and digital services solutions company, today announced that David Doherty has been hired as Vice President of Business Development for TechFlow Mission Support (EMI Services).

Mr. Doherty is a government services industry expert with more than 25 years serving the U.S. defense, civilian and commercial markets including extensive international experience.
