“I worked in quality across a number of organizations and industries. Starting as a lead quality inspector at an RC hobby company, building an inspection program for higher level helicopters, planes and cars. I have also worked in the highly regulated food manufacturing industry and as a Director of Quality in lithium battery production.
For TechFlow I am a Field Quality Manager (FQM) supporting our TSA contract. With the support of a strong TechFlow call center and the small group of other FQMs, I travel regularly to airports along the western portion of the US (including Alaska and Hawaii), interfacing with OEMs, airport managers and TSA leaders. We work cohesively to drive improvements into the OEM maintenance processes and culture, with the goal of keeping passengers completely unaware of what goes into the services they are receiving.
I am a pretty active person – I love spending time with my wife and three kids, and have been studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past ten years. Because of my early quality years, I also try to crash my RC planes and helicopters regularly.”
