TechFlow Adds Three Key New Hires to Support Strategic Growth Initiatives

─Major contract wins and successful execution of strategic plan lead to addition of several key positions filled by Faccone, Meitz and Miller ─

San Diego, CA., July 18, 2019 – TechFlow, a forward-thinking logistics and digital services solutions company, today announced it has hired Mary Faccone as Director of Contracts, Laura Meitz as Director of Business Development and Susan Miller as Head of Human Resources.

TechFlow has seen recent success with important contract wins tied to the company’s focus on its core experience and proven strength in the optimization and modernization of mission critical operations. Recognition came in the form of awards totaling over $1 billion (with all options executed) from multiple agencies including the Transportation Security Administration, Health and Human Services Program Support Center’s Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence, and General Service Administration (GSA) Technology Transformation Service.

Mary Faccone has over 20 years in wide-ranging experience in the negotiation, management, and administration of commercial and government contracts for both domestic and international companies. “Mary brings extensive experience in contracts and proposals, supporting business development, FAR/DFARS/GSA contracting, subcontracts and audits to the Director of Contracts position,” said Mark Carter, TechFlow President and COO. “Her earlier positions in contract management lead her to pursue a law degree and she is licensed to practice in Georgia. Her strong legal background, together with her contracts leadership experience at both large (L3, Thales) and mid-sized (Datron, CTA) government contractors will be very beneficial to TechFlow as we continue our rapid growth.”

Laura Meitz has over a decade of capture and proposal management experience across a broad array of DoD and federal government customers at IDIQ, Contract and Task Order levels. “As a Director of Business Development, Laura will help us identify new business opportunities and continuously improve upon our capture process,” said Robert Baum, TechFlow CEO. “She honed her skills in related positions at AASKI Technology, Battelle and SAIC which have prepared her well to contribute quickly to the TechFlow team.”

Susan Miller is a senior-level human resources executive with over 25 years’ experience that has given her in-depth knowledge of HR strategy, organization effectiveness and business operations. “What I love about Susan is her passion for workforce planning and strategy that is equally committed to building people’s capabilities, the growth of the organization and innovation all at the same time,” said Baum. “That is the very definition of what we are doing here at TechFlow. She will be able to help us to continue on this path as our Head of Human Resources.”
