Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS)

Through Shearwater Mission Support, a TechFlow mentored Joint Venture, TechFlow is supporting the Air Force with comprehensive IT services and IT solutions. The scope of this IDIQ includes documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC) Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) IDIQ

The IAAI is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle supporting federal agencies piloting, testing, and implantation of advanced technologies. The IAAI IDIQ vehicle solutions will provide PSC the opportunity of doing everything from reducing the backlog and cutting costs to performing functions such as predicting fraudulent transactions and identifying critical suspects via facial recognition and transform how the public sector gets work done.

FAA eFAST IT Modernization

The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.

NAVFAC SW Multiple Service Contract (MASC)

8(a) multi-award IDIQ contract for the procurement involving facility investment services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest (SW) area of operations. The work to be performed includes the maintenance, repair, and services for systems and facilities, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration systems, fire protection systems, boilers/unfired pressure vessels, and high voltage electricity systems.

GSA Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and Ancillary Services BPA

In support of federal agencies’ electrification effort, the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Fleet Management has established multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) as a centralized Governmentwide acquisition solution for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and ancillary services.

CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET)

BPA providing GSA support across IT services modernization and maintenance including agile delivery, IT management and governance, business process analysis, user- centered design, agile solution architecture and design, agile application development and configuration, analytics, integration, and DevOps.

Architecture, Development, and Platform Technical Services (ADaPTS)

BPA supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) with a full range of IT and program management support services. Functional areas include program and project management, business analysis and requirements management, application, service and cloud architecture support, managing cloud based commodity computing services, configuration management, engagement and facilitation of key stakeholders, user experience design, knowledge management, and support for new and evolving technologies.

8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) III

8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract. Through MERPTech, LLC, a TechFlow mentored Joint Venture, TechFlow is supporting Federal Agencies with innovative IT services-based solutions.

Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) II Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)

EAGLE provides logistics support services related to maintenance, supply, and transportation to support functions required by the United States Army Sustainment Command (ASC) or other Government entity(ies) in support of applicable Military Units, Governmental agencies, coalition partners, or other entities as designated by ASC.

SeaPort Next Generation (NxG)

Multi-award IDIQ vehicle providing engineering and program management support services for the Navy and Marine Corps. Engineering support services includes software engineering, network support, test and evaluation, research and development support, prototyping, system design documentation, systems engineering, and process engineering support. Program management support services includes financial analysis and budget support, quality assurance, training, analytical and organizational assessment support, logistics support, and configuration support.

Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch (AVTB) Operations Maintenance & Technical Services (OMTS)

The operations, maintenance and technical services contract will be used to issue task orders to provide test and evaluation support including, but not limited to amphibious vehicles, ground combat vehicles, systems, and equipment for the Marine Corps Systems Command and Program Executive Officer Land Systems. Types of services required include, scuba diving services, emergency medical treatment services, watercraft operation and maintenance services, heavy equipment operation and maintenance services, communications equipment operation and maintenance services, advanced manufacturing, welding, and machining services, technical editing services, electronics services, media services, engineering services, information technology services, data collection services, administrative management services, financial management services, security services, and crane services.
